Art of the Floating World
My love of Japanese art and culture started from childhood with Sunday Anime cartoons whenever I visited family in Hawaii and never left. I started to look into Ukiyo-e, Japanese woodblock printing and fell in love with that too. This monograph was dedicated to the history of Ukiyo-e print, how it transformed over the years, and how it influenced modern day artists.
